Ben’s extensive business experience includes his service to many of Brann & Isaacson’s multichannel marketing clients.  He has been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law and Corporate Law, and elected by his colleagues as the Chair of the Maine State Bar Association’s Real Estate & Title Section. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate and corporate matters, taxation and immigration law issues. His work includes review and resolution of title issues, negotiation of commercial purchase and construction agreements, leases and easements, technology acquisition and development agreements, project permitting, and commercial finance.
